Each County Commissioner spoke to the Charter Commission in the presence of the other County Commissioners.  This led to adoption of The Resolution previously posted as part of The Charter Commission’s Final Report February 1, 2012 Charter Commission Final Report

So why would County Commissioner Allen later say this about funding The King Eddie Building?

Just to make it PERFECTLY CLEAR again, NOalthe has no horse in this race or dog in this hunt.  If changes are truly necessary to volunteer Boards/Commissions then the legal process should be observed and followed this time and every time.
